METAMAT is the software at the core of our innovation, designed to optimize the infill of 3D-printed components. It uses patent-pending microstructures whose geometry can be tuned to meet specific mechanical requirements and varied throughout a part to create a heterogeneous internal structure.

Advanced optimization algorithms determine how to distribute and configure these microstructures to achieve objectives such as weight reduction, displacement control, and curvature control while satisfying prescribed operational constraints.
